Ken Klotz and Brian Welch teach our self defense seminars.  Ken Klotz has taught Rape Self Defense courses for the DC Rape Crisis Center and many other college and government facilities.  Brian Welch brings his special training in ground fighting and traditional karate to the classes giving the students a well-rounded approach to self defense.

We offer seminars in self defense, tournament forms, fighting, ground fighting, Silat (Indonesian stick fighting), and Escrima (Filipino stick fighting). For each weapon, students will learn basic skills of blocking and striking as well as a beginner form. These are consecutive classes and should be taken in succession. Students can bring their own weapons or a weapon will be provided. Paying the Unlimited Fee is required to participate in these seminars.
